Here's a few quick photos of the 1897 I picked up a week or so ago.

Its biggest problem is this ding to the headstock.

Still a little housekeeping to do! Didn't notice I'd forgotten to clean here until I took the photos.

Inside with the flash trying to get a little of the true color to show through.

Its got a couple of scratches on the neck that won't bother anything. It will need some fret work pretty soon. 2 and 3 are badly worn on the high E and B side. Wear is visible on 1, and 4-6. A question: for fret work on something like this would you try to find someone local, or just send it to the Mothership and have it dealt with by folks who know these guitars?

Beautiful guitar! Love that top, and the natural neck.

You've named it Vincent, I assume.

Nice!

SWMBO suggested, "Evander."

I'm not sure I want either Vincent OR Evander on my lap when I'm working on fingerstyle

Suggestions for feminine names?

Does this Adamas have glued in neck or bolt-on?

Looks like Mike Tyson got into the ring with it.
