the 1537, 85 shallow elite classical custom, and the 69 shiny 12 w/winged bridge are on their way home! off the line, and processed against the plastic today.

wonder if they'll all show up on the same day?

cost me less than the map price of 1 new Custom Elite or custom legend(at least at retail, not Al's prices) including the guitars, repairs, and shipping..

bargain... Thanks John, Kim, and crew!!!

one more to go.. gotta get one more rma from Hartford..

I figure they'll show up on Tuesday or so..

Char's going to be in for a while yet... running viability studies for stent/bypass... again, we're on the weekend... so she just kinda coasts till next week for tests etc.. her room has over 200 e-cards taped all over the wall from our communities and members worldwide..

staff members and people keep asking to come in to look at them, they've never seen anything like it..

or to ask her.... Are you the lady that has the websites for the Free Stuff? how do I sign up?

we're hoping for the best... and the hospital does seem to be exploring all options this time.

Thanks for asking.

one more, and I'm DONE.... the Next one after that will be a NEW lifetime warrantied one.

the one's I've kept will all be basically new, or as close as they could get them.. and a good assortment of O flavors.

been lurking over at the Tak forum... might actually think about getting an all wood guitar.

when I'm not at the hospital, that's what I'm doing, playing and praying.

and I just got an accesory to go with the Carvin...for my more aggressive playing and pounding off some frustration.

a little Hughes & Kettner Cream Machine...tube amp/preamp.. man does this little thing rip!!! like a Marshall Stack in full OD.. and only at about 2 watts... tons of ways to interface it in to about everything electronic in the house and a cab emulator. or just use it as a practice amp.... blows away the little class A epi jr I had... by far!

Charlotte's starting to get a little depressed, and everyone's trying to help keep her spirits up... but after a week of being a pincushion, no sleep, crappy food, and complications again with the blood thinners.. and knowing that you have a few more days... maybe more, and possibly surgery.. well she's having a rough time.

she has her laptop with her, and a stack of dvds and magazines, and is actually still publishing from the hospital... as well as corresponding with all the members, and moderating the groups...

just trying to keep her mind busy, and off the worries... and boredom of not being to move around.

Thanks again for the support and prayers all.

Glenn
