Joined: April 2006 Posts: 847 Location: Munich, Germany | Looked at them. Only one that would be interesting for me is the 1614 (that has a wide neck, slothead). Condition of Legend and 1121 would be to bad for me. And the Ultra is not interesting soundwise, if you have a 1537. Just my two cents. Kurt | ||

Joined: March 2005 Posts: 12750 Location: Boise, Idaho | I'm with Kurt. I didn't think they made a "Legend Deluxe" although they made a Deluxe Balladeer that became the Legend. I don't know when that occurred, so I don't know if I'd assume the Legend Deluxe was a Custom Legend or if the seller is just saying it's a very nice Legend. Anyway, the 1614 would be my pick to give you a wider neck with 12 frets to the body. I get some hand cramps, too, but I can't remember if one guitar causes it more than another. Only downside to a 1537 is it's so dang heavy. | ||
