Location: Blue Ridge Mountains | Just got off the phone with the folks Steve used to stay with: he violated his protective order twice and is currently back in jail...the outlook is not very good, I'm sorry to say...I'll let you all know more when I find out more...Please keep him in your thoughts/prayers/etc. |

Location: Capital District, NY, USA Minor Outlying Islands | In New York, what I've seen is that it ain't no joke. Judge has a lot of discretion, but depending on the conduct it can be real time, not just a sleep over. |
