(digestive-aid sold in Health Food Stores).
Chew about 5 or 6 tablets(don't worry, they taste good) before going to bed. They help your body "process" the alcohol while you sleep, and you don't wake up with a hangover(or at the very least, a GREATLY diminished one).
The only "hitch" is REMEMBERING to TAKE them before you hit the pillow.
(Duct-taping the bottle to your forehead usually works.)
