I have a couple of inexpensive Onstage XCG4 stands that I've used for several years without any issues. They're cheap enough that you can have a one in different rooms so there's always a stand available:

I bought one of the newer stool/stands that has the higher foot rest. I use it at all of my solo shows now because the high bar stools won't let you reach the floor and I use a harmony pedal on select songs. The quality isn't that great for the money. There was an elastic strap that secures the guitar to the stool that came off the first time I tried to use it and all the screws that hold the seat in place were loose. The upside is it folds flat and is pretty easy to transport. There is also a foam piece where the neck cradles.
If I lost or broke it I'd buy another.
