I still Play my 1769-AD Di Meola model purchased in 2002.
Will they be bringing back a 12 String model?
I would love to get my hands on one.

This is such fabulous news to me that Ovation is back.
Bought my first one back in 1974 I believe.
I don't remember the model but it had a red top and had gold tuners deep bowl.
Gave it to a struggling young musician who still has it to this day.
He had more talent than me in one hand and he made it sing.

Well here is hoping Ovation can make my wish come true.
Thanks for keeping the forum alive all these years :-)

Lou, nice to see a note!

That's the same AD model I have, the first one with the Optima.

I think with some of the things I've seen that we can expect to see something like that materializing. They're gonna be under the gun for a little bit with a tall order on these first ones, but I expect to see some really cool and different things being offered.

I'm pretty excited about things to come.
