Although I was thankful for a ride to Seattle in his Honda minivan, it would have been way cooler if the Marks had arrived in that Mustang. I know you miss the Ghia, Mark, but the Mustang beats it.

Oh, nice guitars.

Best part to me is that "Phoenix in an O" fret board inlay. From the ashes indeed; nice touch.

In looking at the pic below, I have a question.

Are the frets crowned (rounded) or flat? They look flat, not rounded.

You got rid of a 67 Mustang for a Gremlin? I was a radical. My friends all had Mustangs, so I got a Javelin. The memories are better than the reality.

I am so sorry Elginacres, but everytime I look at your pictures, all I see is that Red Mustang...
That is why Damon uses a simple blanket as his background (even if it is a Magical Blanket!!), nothing to distract you from the focal point.

I guess I will have to wait to see your new guitars when you post inside pictures of them....

(They are both GORGEOUS, but that Folklore is to do bodily harm for!!!!)

just a little, unimportant detail: D'Addario strings?!?! Adamas strings had only brass coloured ball ends so far...

Which I miss very much since it made a tiny bit of pretty sparkle on my bridge.. unlike the colored D'Addarios which make it look more like something from a kid's jump house game. It's like, if you don't know which string goes into which hole without using a color code, maybe you shouldn't be stringing a guitar in the first place.

PS: red-twins.. after re-reading what I said, I didn't mean "you shouldn't be" as in YOU.. lol.. I meant just people in general.
