| Hi there, this is my first post! I have the opportunity to buy a mint condition Adamas 1598 MEII 12 string with the case. The person selling it says they bought it brand new in 2009 or 2010 and played it very little.
It is the black burst carbon fiber top, one epaulet on left side, Melissa Etheridge signature on inside label.
There's not a whole lot of detailed info on this particular model online, i.e. when exactly were they made, how many were made, what is the correct serial number range for one made in 2009 or 2010.
If it is in fact in mint condition (I'm looking at it this weekend), what is a fair price to pay?
Thanks for any help you can provide!

You can look on eBay "sold listings" to see what similar guitars have sold for.
But general it is worth what you are willing to pay, and what the seller is willing to accept.

| Thank you Old Man Arthur. I've done more research and what you say about it's worth what your willing to pay and the seller is willing to accept is very true.
After further research on the one I was looking at I discovered it wasn't the exact model they advertised it as being so I passed on it.
I still would like to find more detail on all the years and variations of the 1598 MERB and 1598 MEII. |
