Comes with framed ad, framed certificate of authenticity, strap for the ring setup, and OHSC. Has the slight green discoloration on the gold binding where the player's arm rests from the previous owner. Asking $5500 to cover OFC fee and shipping. May require a little more depending on where the guitar is going and how soon buyer wants it. In any event, congratulations on your love life, and best wishes to this awesome guitar's next owner. Wish it was me!!

The OFC 1 is a 47RI with a preamp and it's blue, so SWIMBO thinks they're different guitars. Besides, the blue matched our daughter's wedding color, so I got a few points. I don't think I'm anywhere close to being ahead, but who's keeping score? Sam is way ahead if she's going to marry him knowing about his Ovation habit.

She actually knows that I'm selling it and drools over my Ovations more than I do, but doesn't know why I'm selling it yet haha. I agree Mark, I bought the second one back when the factory shut down and I thought I'd have a back up in case something happens. Not only does she know about my "Ovation Habit", but she encourages it haha! I plan on getting her first Ovation for her as a gift next Christmas. Thanks for the heads up Todd! The serial number is #12.

That's how we did it and it worked just fine. I won't make any guarantees, but if she at least considers it, you'll know she's a keeper. Or maybe you won't want to introduce me until after your wedding.

Joined: January 2014 Posts: 78 Location: Boise, Idaho | Last chance to own a replica of an original Adamas at less than 1/3 the price! You won't find another one this low-priced with such a low serial number. There's currently only one other I could find for sale right now, it's #82 and they're asking $5,900 plus the international shipping/tax. http://www.fretsguitarcentre.co.uk/contents/en-uk/p3027_Ovation_Ada... Final asking price is $4,800. March 1st it's going back in the vault. Don't miss out!
