The inlays on Glen's guitar faced one way and on the matching guitar owned by Beal, the face the opposite. On one they point to the base side and on the other, towards the treble side.

The other thing about these guitars is they have Adams 2 bridges. Look at the video real close, there is a good shot of it in there. I just finished reading the book on the Wrecking Crew. Didn't realize Leon was a part of that crowd.

You ought to check out the movie that Denny Tedesco finally got released. http://wreckingcrewfilm.com/ Which I think is rentable on Youtube and maybe Netflix. It is pretty well done. The inlays were based on the pendant that was the necklace, neckless, thing hanging round the neck. Triangles with two sides pinched in and the bottom pushed out and a pearl dot in the middle, Look at the guitar closely.

My main problem was I was starting on a C rather than a D and stepping down with the low strings rather than the higher ones. Glen's solo is intriguing. There's a pretty good instruction video on YouTube.
