Location: Troutdale oregon | hello everyone.i am new to OFC and happy to be here.I like you am an ovation lover.in the early seventies when I was a budding rock star I owned a balladeer and loved it .i sold it to my brother and at some point got destroyed.but anyway i decided i wanted to get back into music and become a better guitar player.since back then i was a drummer and singer,i was self-taught on guitar as there always seemed to be one laying around. So i went online and found a legend 1717 2007 non-cutaway thru guitar center.long story short i got this guitar and it looked like someone bought it new, stuffed it in a closet and never played it.no fret wear not a scratch, nothing i love this thing.serial #614319.old style guitar with the new electronics.anyway i really never here much about those reissues.so if anyone has any comments good or bad i would enjoy hearing them.i will stop boring you now and say i am glad to be here..and will enjoy talking to you. thanks again gary |
