| Hi all.
Would anyone happen to know if a Legend model 1117 (Acoustic Model Only) around 1977 -79 era would be X-braced?

| Well,
I did get a 1977 Ovation Legend (Model 1117-1) last month, and have studied the info from this site and from ovationtribute.com.
It has the VT-11 Bracing.
I bought a 76 Custom Balladeer too (Model 1112-1).
I would be interested in posting in the other parts of the forums, as I have some other questions and info. Is there a moderator that could help with that?

One more quick forum question. At the top of the page, it say's I have 1 message in your inbox, but when I go there, there isn't any message. Also, I tried to send Dan Savage a PM, and it's showing in my outbox, but not in the sent folder. Is the forum private message's working ok, or shouldn't it show in my sent messages?

Hi Wyatt.
It will show in your "outbox" until Dan reads it.
Once he opens it, it will move to your "sent" box.
