Had recently purchased a used Ovation, looks like a CC44. Though it did not have a label inside the bowl, there was a sticker with a serial no. 7509170. Could not find any kind of reference for this number.

Forgot to introduce myself, I signed up a few years ago but never had a chance to use your site.
My name is Angelito Rivera, starter playing when I was thirteen but has not owned an Ovation until last weekend.
Though have known about them and have wanted one before, just had other guitars to keep me occupied.
Per in my first post, I guess I should have asked "What happened to the label?" but I didn't.
So just trying to find out more about me Ovation. I knew that I would like playing it because of the electric guitar like neck and warm sound of the round back and being able to amplify it. Thanks.

"What happened to the Label?"
A previous owner probably removed it because it said "Made in China" (or Korea) on it.
Then he probably tried to sell it as a USA made Ovation.

As to posting photos...
HERE are some instruction, but they confuse me.

The easiest way that I know of to post a photo of your guitar is to have it on another hosting site (marked "public") and to post the web address here. Then we can go look at your guitar.

I hope that helps.

Hi Angelito, welcome back. I've updated your status so you can get into the other parts of the forum to ask questions. There are only a few people that can respond to posts in the Welcome Center.
