Seems like this has to hold a record for the longest running post on any forum! Is an end cut off date ever mercifully being considered for it?

I for one appreciate the the total insanity of its longevity. My goal is for someone to find Andrea - who started the thread - but she had a short participation live here - and let her know of its geriatric existence, and have her make the last post to it, and with her permission - kill it. She is/was from the UK, site administrators - any additional identifying info you can shed, and we can have our European brothers and sisters find her? I for one would happily pay for some form of futility award - in the former of an old beater that just keeps going and going. DaveKell, long ago I owned a Yairi DY 87 for a tour job I had - loved it - should never have sold it....but was a great instrument - a beast - but nonetheless - a nice piece of craftsmanship.

People keep complaining...
But people keep posting songs on it.

Most people don't go into a bar to order popcorn and peanuts.. but still notice (and/or complain) if it's not there. If you want a drink, order a drink. If you don't like the snacks, don't eat them. It seems that the IPQ simply reflects that availability and sentiment. Another analogy is that it's sometimes nice to have cards to flick into a hat while waiting for something more interesting to come along.

@Patch - >>>there's got to be a song in that statement somewhere<<<

Okay.. I admit it.. I wrote that as a subliminal message to Dan and Ken in hopes of triggering them to soon enlighten us with new rebuild projects.
