I started restoring an Ultra Bass and ended up with an extra body routed for a Kahler tremolo. I am thinking about restoring this one , too. Does anyone have a Kahler Trem for sale? Do you know the model they used in the ultra bass? might be interested in a neck as well. Thanks for your help! GT

I believe the original was the Kahler 4400 series, but I just checked the website and compared the new one to mine and they are very similar.   I don't think anyone would complain about a 2400 series. Having said that, I see vintage ones showing up on Reverb more often than they used to.  One just sold for only $200.
