Just got this about a month ago, then my dog got sick and racked up some vet bills.. Overall the guitar is in great shape, a little fret wear on the cowboy chords but nothing major, and a thin finish crack near the top binding, and another extremely thin short finish crack by the bridge, but they're not in the soundboard and there's no bridge lift at all. How beautiful it sounds though, wow.. And sure is a beautiful guitar to me as well, but the sounds even more impressive to me, from strummed chords to single notes, it's very impressive.. Was wanting to keep this but unexpected stuff happens..

Good Deal. I am sure that there is someone out there who wants one of these.
They aren't making any New ones...
And even if they were... They would not be the same.
Someone grab this.

Mostly, I just wanted you to know that people Can see this post.

My 1537 is my favorite guitar. If it ever broke, I'd be sure to buy another.
So if you don't have one, this is a nicely priced beauty you might want to consider.

I wish I could buy them all up... INCLUDING Beal’s ‘47. They’re such a great build.
