Subject: Need help identifying a 12 string

I have an unusual 12 string and I'm looking for information. It should be a pacemaker according to the interior label but the fretboard is different and has initials inlayed at the 12th fret and the Ovation is inlayed on the headstock. I will post some pics and hopefully some of you may have some ideas. Thanks.
