Picked up a rough Pacemaker 1615-4; neck and action are great, but the top is the rough part.

My question is, it's a silver label, serial number 009291. I see 000001-007000 being 1972 (May-Dec), then it jumps to 020001-039000 being 1974.

Is mine a 1973?

Sure. Your guess is as good as anyone's.

I guess if Las Vegas were running a line on it I would wager 1973.. but not the whole month's rent and food.

49 years old. Be thankful it still plays, especially for a 12-string. We all get cracks & wrinkles, eventually.

Another indicator of age is that it has Kluson tuners.
