| Hi - I have an Ovation Balladeer - model is 1111-6, and the serial number is 06XXXX. It's white - which, I think, is unusual for an Ovation. I'm pretty sure that it's a 1975 - outside of that, I don't know much about it. Can anyone provide me more details about the model?

And if you do a search (top of page) for "1111" you should get a lot of hits... search the 'The Vault' too, its a choice in the pop-up list on the search perimeters.

| Thanks for all of the replies. It's actually an interesting guitar - the headstock doesn't appear to be wood - it has a gritty texture, although that may be a function of the black paint. The neck is black, too - I'm assuming that it's wood, and not aluminum or whatever. |
