I just got in this Viper today. Many dings and and mucho grunge but worthy of donating some vital organs none the less. The serial number was a real surprise.

I like the graphic of the guy 'surfing' a roundback just below the serial number. Is this a classic logo or is it still in use somewhere?

Maybe someone should put skateboard trucks on an old Ovation, fill the cavity with foam (or something) for strength and give one to a champeen skater for some trick competitions......

Just a viral marketing idea.

I thought that logo was one of using the bowl as a pivot point converting that guitar into a primitive trebuchet.
