Jerome, condolences and may the good memories help ease the sorrow.

And hopefully you can feel the collective heart of the OFC and take some measure of comfort. All the best wishes to you and yours.

Thank you very much for your support in these hard and sad times.
My family and I greatly appreciate your words and even if I'm not a believer, all your prayers goes to the deepest part of my heart.
My Dad was only 65 and he was a very good man.
Fortunately, I was there with my mother and my sister when he's gone away Friday just after midnight.
His heart was so tired that this time, there was nothing to do.

When I was back home during the night, I took a guitar and I've sung a tune for him.
The first song in my mind at this moment was "Picasso's last words" from The Wings and I don't know why.
It was the first time that I was singing for him and I'm sure that he was happy.

One more time, I'd like to thank you so much for your kindness.
It's so important for me because I'm so sad and I miss him so much.

Amitiés

Jerome :)

". . Drink to me,
Drink to my health
You know I can't drink . . . anymore . ."

A fitting song.

I've never met your father, but since you are now part of "my family", I will think of him (and you) whwnever I play it . . .

Be Well, My Friend.

Jerome, My sincere condolences to you and your loved ones.

The first four lines of that song in your mind... have much to say about a great man and his legacy.

Take care of yourself.
