Joined: November 2011 Posts: 4 Location: England | Hi all from Merseyside in England. I've just bought an ovation 1768-4c secondhand. I don't know anything abouth this type of guitar but liked the sound and neck. I also dont know the year and can't see any obvious serial number, just the Hartford sticker and 1768 - 4c only. I believe it might be 1995 ish. Any info about this model would be appreciated. It came with ovation hardcase and cost £700 or $1000 us equivalent. It has an odd ding but nothing major. Thanks | ||

Joined: September 2005 Posts: 3618 Location: GATLINBURG TENNESSEE :) | I had one at one time, and it was an outstanding guitar. The cedar top really puts out a nice warm tone. If I remember correctly, they came out in the mid 90's. You are very fortunate to have aquired it. | ||
