Location: eastern united states | the talk about loud shirts made me remember that i'm still lacking in the amp dept. i have a marshall jvm410c for my electrics but, i am lacking a good acoustic amp. the jvm works but thats it... it works. i'm looking for something that'll bring out my O's sound. any ideas ? i'd settle on one of DB's shirts... i hear they're loud enough but afraid the polyester would muffle the sound i want. theres a behringer acx1800 going tomorrow on the 'bay |

Location: Jet City | That's a great amp you have for your electrics, wouldn't you want the same for your acoustics?
Genz, Roland, Bose, AAD, UltraSound, and many others all put out superior amps to Behringer's offerings.
I personally use a Roland AC60 due to it's size, performance, and versatility. |

Location: eastern united states | i got the marshall because i remember them being the best. only thing i use it for sadly is my 25 yr old yamahaha that i had before i went into the service. acoustic amps stump me. don't need anything really big, just around the house( i need to annoy my neighbor as much as i can so he'll move out... damn realtor never warned about the guy that dresses like capt jack sparrow and paints his terriers purple) |

Your Ovations have a preamp, so I just use the "mic" setting with a touch of reverb.
You can take it outside or use it in your home. You can plug electric guitars into it.
And if you stand it on end, you can sit on it.
Just thinking out loud... :D |
