Location: The Netherlands | Hello, I'm 'DutchWarner'.
So obviously I'm living in The Netherlands.
I was born there some 53 years ago, and lived there ever since.
I started to learn to play the guitar when I was about 13 years old (that was in the 70ties)...
Kaman (Ovation) just started producing there wonderful guitars. These beauties where not available for me ad that time.
I just loved the sound and the sustain the first time I played an Ovation Elite Deep Bowl in the local guitar shop.
Years later I bought me my first Celebrity CC57, Sun Burst, made in Korea, with the very slender V-shaped neck.(serial number: 328575)
To the end of the 90ties I was able to buy an Ovation CV 63 Viper.(serial number: 2110057)
Just recently I was (ever so) lucky to lay my hands on an Adamas W2097 CBV_34053, OVA ADA CVT Contour VIP W/CS, Cobalt Blue, made in the U.S.A.(serial number 022994).
So within reason one could say:
"I'm an Ovation addicted guitar player". ;)
Sometimes through Ebay I came in touch with the site of O.F.C., and I strayed to get as much info as was possible for a not member.
My English is reasonable Okay (typing with a 'word-controller' helps a lot), and I have a little time on my hand so I took the liberty to find out (and to subscribe myself) to the Ovation Fan Club.
I'm not really a very good 'blog-keeper', but I'll do my best...
Hope to have an extra good time on the net when I'm allowed to be and to stay a member of thé Club.
GREEDZZZ, DutchWarner |
