Hi all, this would seem to be a simple problem but I'm getting frustrated. My 6768 will not hold a cord in very well. I've tried bending the two tabs on the jack this way and that but it doesn't help much. Any tricks? Suggested upgrades?

Thanks, Scott

Just being facetious. Cliff's right.

Yepper. Those jack contacts don't like too much bending/flexing!
